Customers can check their device to make sure it can accept an eSIM

1. Tap Settings | General | About
2. Scroll down to view the Carrier Lock section
   • iOS 15 or later: scroll down to Available SIM
   • Earlier iOS versions: scroll down to Digital SIM 
3. A 15-digit IMEI number displays on devices that accept eSIM

1. Tap Settings |  Connections  |  Phone  |  More Connections  |  SIM Card Manager
2. The eSIM section is visible on devices that accept eSIM
