Submit an Express Lane RT Form and include the following: 

  • Full Name
  • AD Credentials
  • Email Address
  • Group identifier Ping ID Reach Agent group

Generic Welcome (user) Screen

Submit an Express Lane RT Form and include the following 

  • Full Name
  • AD Credentials 
  • Email Address
  • Sales Number
  • Group identifier is Reach Agent
